Step 1 Wash the vegetables and chicken

First of all, wash the vegetables and chicken thoroughly with lukewarm water to clean them.

Step 2 Chop the Vegetables

chop the vegetables and keep them aside. Make sure the vegetables are finely chopped.

Step 3 Boil the Chicken

Take a pressure cooker and add a pinch of salt and pepper along with the chicken. Add one teaspoon ginger and chili garlic paste. If you do not like the taste of garlic then do not add it and if you like its taste more then you can add a little more paste to it

Step 4 Cut the Chicken

Take out the chicken from the pressure cooker and cut it finely and keep it aside.

Step 5 Dough for Chicken Momo

Take a bowl and put refined oil, salt, and all-purpose flour in it. Add water as required and knead it well, taking care that no lumps are formed. Now take the prepared dough and roll small balls out of it.

Step 6 Prepare the filling

Take another bowl and put the chopped chicken in it, add chopped vegetables over it and mix well. Now pour soy sauce over the chicken mixture and mix well.

Step 7 Flatten the dough and stuff it with chicken stuffing

Now put the stuffing inside the dough ball and seal the edges by mixing them together.

Step 8 Steam for 20 minutes

Now put the prepared momos inside the steamer and steam for 15 to 20 minutes or till they become soft.

Step 9 Serve with Sauces

Take out momos in a plate and serve with sauce and enjoy. As a sauce, you can use green chili, tomato sauce or any sauce of your choice.
